Could DTS running with MSDE

Hello,
I'm new with SQL Server. Could Data Transformation package that made by DTC
in SQL Server running with MSDE...?

MSDE provides the DTS runtime, so you can distribute dts packages developed
elsewhere to be run on MSDE installed servers..
